REFUND POLICY

At La Pista Pizzeria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver exceptional food and service, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Dine-In Orders

All dine-in food sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, undercooked food, allergens not properly excluded), please notify your server or a manager immediately so we can correct the issue on the spot.

Online Orders (Pickup & Delivery)

If there is a problem with your online order:

  • Missing or incorrect items: Please contact us within 1 hour of pickup or delivery. We’ll do our best to remake the item or offer store credit.

  • Unsatisfactory food quality: We may issue a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

  • Canceled orders: Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund. Once preparation has started, refunds may be partial or not available.

Special Events, Catering, & Private Bookings

All deposits for events, catering, or private bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Cancellations made [30] days or more in advance may be eligible for partial refunds or credit toward future bookings.

  • Cancellations within [15] days of the event may not be eligible for a refund due to staffing and inventory commitments.

Please refer to your event agreement for specific terms.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward food or beverage purchases at La Pista Pizzeria.

Third-Party Services

If your order was placed through a third-party service (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Toast, OpenTable), please contact them directly for assistance with refunds, as we may not be able to process those transactions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us directly. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 2 business days.
