Our Story
La Pista began with a simple idea, bring a little piece of Italy’s heart and racing spirit to Conway. The Castro family has always loved the energy and history behind Italy’s racing culture, and they wanted to create a place that felt just as full of life.
La Pista means “The Track,” a nod to the thrill of good moments shared with great company. Around here you’ll find subtle touches of that racing soul through the food, the space, and the energy, all brought to life for our hometown.
La Pista is a family dream brought to life by siblings Jose, Cindy, and Ernesto Castro. Growing up, food was always how we celebrated, connected, and showed love, so naturally, we wanted to build a place where our community could experience that same feeling.
Our family has been blessed to create several restaurants over the years, and each one is rooted in the same values: bring people together, make them feel welcomed, and serve food we’re proud of.
